Power Continuous Condition Monitoring
Real-time temperature and humidity monitoring inside electrical cabinets
A system for continuously measuring the condition of VSD and MDB cabinets and key connection points such as busbars, so the team sees temperature, humidity and operating status on a dashboard, with alerts when something is abnormal before damage occurs
Power Continuous Condition Monitoring
Temperature and humidity monitoring inside electrical cabinets
A system that measures VSD and MDB cabinets and busbars continuously, showing temperature, humidity and status on a dashboard with alerts
Problem & Risk
Why the condition of electrical cabinets must be monitored continuously
Electrical cabinets and busbars carry and distribute large currents, which generates high heat at the connection points. Without continuous measurement an anomaly may go unnoticed, risking equipment damage, system shutdown or fire

Contact UsSolution Overview
How the system solves the problem
The system installs temperature and humidity sensors inside the electrical cabinet to send data to a gateway and display it on mDashboard in real time. Users can see current values, historical trends and receive an alert when the temperature exceeds the limit, so problems can be checked and fixed before damage occurs
Measure temperature at critical points in the cabinet
Install sensors at the points that carry risk, such as busbars, breakers or areas with high current, for continuous monitoring
Measure humidity inside the cabinet
Track the humidity inside the cabinet, which can affect the deterioration of electrical equipment, cause rust or raise the risk of a short circuit
View the data on mDashboard
Show temperature, humidity and the status of each measurement point on a dashboard, so users see the state of the cabinet immediately from a distance
Alert by email or LINE
When a value exceeds the standard or something is abnormal, the system can send an alert to the person responsible so it can be checked and fixed faster

System Architecture
How the system works
2
Data Transmission
Sensors send temperature and humidity data over a communication system such as Zigbee to a receiver
4
mDashboard Platform
Show current values, historical graphs, equipment status and alerts when a reading is abnormal
1
Sensor Installation
Install temperature and environmental sensors inside the VSD or MDB cabinet, or at the point you want to measure
3
Gateway Mercury
The gateway receives data from the field devices and sends it into the system over the LAN

FAQ
FAQ
Power Continuous Condition Monitoring is a real-time system for tracking the condition of electrical cabinets, using sensors to measure temperature and humidity inside VSD or MDB cabinets or around busbars, to detect anomalies before equipment is damaged
It suits electrical cabinets with a high load or an important role in production, such as MDB cabinets, VSD cabinets, machine control cabinets, distribution boards and busbar connection points that need continuous temperature monitoring
Because electrical cabinets and busbars carry and distribute large currents. If a connection point is loose, deteriorated or carrying an abnormal load, the temperature can rise, risking equipment damage, system shutdown or fire
Min-max limits can be set for temperature or any measured value. When a reading exceeds the threshold, the system alerts by email or the LINE application so the team knows and can act in time
Yes. The system feeds the data into mDashboard to show temperature, humidity, operating status and historical graphs in real time, so users see the whole system on one screen
