Any organization choosing an ERP implementer runs into the same question: how do you know the provider can actually work with the system? Anything a provider writes about itself will naturally describe only the good side.

One answer you can check is the vendor's own partner directory. DigitechX Co., Ltd. has been certified by Odoo S.A. as an official partner at the Ready Partner level since the beginning of December 2025. The certification data is published in that directory, and anyone can open it without going through us.

What partner level we hold

Our level is Ready Partner. The badge below is the one Odoo provides for partners at this level.

Alongside the level, the directory also shows a customer satisfaction score of 100%, two people certified on Odoo v19, and four organizations running Odoo with us today. Every one of those values comes from Odoo's own system, not from what the partner reports.

Odoo v19 is the current release. Certification is tied to a release, which means the team re-certifies every time Odoo ships the next one. A certificate is not something earned once and kept forever.

These figures are not large, and we do not want them to look larger than they are. Two certified experts and four reference organizations are what exists today. What matters more to us is that every figure can be traced back to a source we did not fill in ourselves.

The organizations running Odoo with us

The four organizations work in different business types, which means more than the count itself. The processes of a manufacturing plant, a raw material trader, a training equipment maker, and an industrial waste operator have almost nothing in common.

OrganizationBusiness type
E2I (THAILAND) CO., LTD.Manufacturing and Maintenance
L.Eternal Co., Ltd.Industrial Chemicals and Raw Materials
THE MARS NEXUS COMPANY LIMITEDAutomation Training Equipment and Courses
WASTE CONTROL CO., LTD.Industrial Waste Management

Implementing for businesses this different has shown the team where Odoo's standard modules match real work, and where they have to be adapted first. That is knowledge you cannot get from documentation alone.

The size of the projects behind these figures

The organizations we have implemented for run an average of 11 system users each, with the largest at approximately 20. These figures are counted per organization, not summed across projects.

That size describes an organization where several departments work together but where there is not yet a dedicated team looking after the system. It is the stage at which getting the data structure right from the start matters most, because every department relies on the same set of records with no administrator correcting them each day.

What changes for clients

Official partner status gives us direct access to technical documentation, support channels, and training from Odoo S.A. In practice it means that when we hit a problem the documentation does not answer, we can ask at the source instead of collecting answers from public forums and testing them in production.

Our work covers Odoo implementation, custom module development aligned to an organization's own processes, and integration between Odoo and the systems already in place. That last part is usually the hardest, because most existing systems were never designed to exchange data with anything else.

Check the data yourself

Every figure in this article is current as of August 2026 and will change as our work grows. We do not expect this article to stay current forever. We do expect readers to know where to look for the current values.

Those values are on our partner profile on the Odoo website. For more on the ERP work we do, see the ERP Odoo page, or contact our team to discuss whether it fits your organization.
